- At least 3 years experience in Housekeeping management of international hotel.
- Knowledgeable in chemical usage, flower arrangement and laundry.
Good in English
Communication.
- Strong in interpersonal skill and people management.
Working with the Executive Housekeeper to be proficient in the administrative operation of applicable departments of responsibility, and for other special projects as may be requested.
Handle and resolve all guest queries and complaints in an efficient manner.
Training for all staff on proper usage and handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
